  Log in to the app and scan the bike's QR code.

• What do I need to rent a bike?

  A smartphone with internet access, GPS, email, and a debit or credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted).

• Who can use a bike?

  Individuals over 18 years old with basic cycling skills.

• How much does it cost?

  Bike use is free for up to three (3) hours. After three (3) hours, it must be returned to a charging station.

• How many bikes can I rent with one account?

  One (1) bike.

• Can I create a second account with the same bank card?

  Yes, as long as you use a different email and mobile number.

• How is the bike charged?

  Automatically, when it is locked at a charging station.

• Can I give my bike or account to someone else?

  No, usage is strictly personal.

• When can I rent another bike?

  Immediately after returning the previous one.
